Write a report on your plan to handle the following:

The other company mentioned in the previous assignment has the usual problems - spam, viruses, worms, trojan horses, employees downloading inappropriate content, accidently-deleted and lost files and so on.

It was also rumoured part of the reason your company was able to take them over was they recently lost some large contracts. It was believed that a competitor somehow obtained details of bids from the company server but nothing can be proved.
