Run the downloaded file to install it, the installation process is straight forward.
Once Juice opens, you can start by removing the two items that appear by default. Click on one of them, then click the fourth icon across, the red "X" ("Remove Selected Feed"), and click OK. Repeat these steps with the other item.
Once both are removed, click the third icon, the green circle with the plus ("Add new feed"), and cut and paste the following address into the URL box, and then click OK:

Now click the first icon, the green arrows ("Check for new podcasts"). Juice should now switch to the downloading view, where it will download the most recent podcast.
Once Juice has finished downloading, the blue icon will turn green, you can listen to it by clicking on the green play icon.
