Instalation

Run the file, and follow the prompts. You may wish to select "Add to startup Group" on the "Choose Components" screen (to have juice start automatically when you start your computer).

Adding Feeds

After having started Juice, Click the green add button on the "subscriptions tab". Paste the Feed link into the URL box, and click save.

Retrieving Files

Juice will automatically monitor feeds for updates. To manually check, click the green update arrows on the subscriptions tab.

To manually download old episodes, select the desired channel (feed), and in the bottom half of the screen select the episodes to download. Click the green updte arrows to start the download.

Listening to files

Select the download tab, right click the file, and select "play in media player". Newer files will appear at the top.
